About this job

  1. Prepare original and golden dough per the specifications in the Operations Manual to the Restaurant par levels required for daily usage.
  2. Read ticket orders and prepare all guest orders accordingly and in compliance with product portioning specifications.
  3. Prepare all GPI food products in compliance with GPI standards within allowable service times.
  4. Answer phones and take orders as needed.
  5. Clean and restock make table, cut table, and dough sheeting area.
  6. Cleaning of restaurant to include, but not limited to: empty trash cans, sweep and mop floor areas (including moving tables and equipment to clean underneath).
  7. Clean and sanitize wall surfaces, work surfaces and equipment (must be 18 years of age to clean the Hobart mixer and dough roller).
  8. Grease pizza pans as needed.
  9. Label prepared products to GPI standards as stated in the Operations Manual.
  10. Use a variety of knives, Hobart mixer, cheese grater/roller, dough roller, rolling pin and/or can opener to prepare food products. (Must be 18 years of age to operate the Hobart mixer and dough roller.)
  11. Adhere to proper sanitation procedures in compliance with health department standards.
  12. Complete all bus/dish duties as needed (see bus/dish job description).
  13. Other duties as needed for restaurant to run efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18  years old (to use some equipment)
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Must be able to arrive at the store at the scheduled time and maintain reasonable attendance at work.
  • Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location.
  • Basic math skills required
  • Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests.
  • Must be able to lift food items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • May require Food Handler’s permit.
