We have immediate openings and offer flexible schedules from 4-hours shifts up to 12 hour shifts, days and/or nights. We primarily serve the areas of Gwinnett, North Fulton, Forsyth, & East Cobb Counties, including: Lawrenceville, Johns Creek, Cumming, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Stone Mountain & surrounding areas. Responsibilities/Activities:  • Assist with the activities of daily living and personal care;  • Personal Care may include assistance with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene   care, toileting & mobility assistance; • Caregivers are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a pro-active, caring and respectful manner, in accordance with Agency policies; • Ensure client's safety, security and well-being in accordance with the care plan; • Companion Care may include meal planning and preparation, routine light housekeeping activities such as making/changing beds, laundry,  dusting, vacuuming, sweeping floors, cleaning kitchen and bathroom; • Provide Companionship including social interactions, conversations, emotional reassurance and encouragement of activities that stimulate the mind; • Provide respite care for families in accordance with care plans; • Escort clients to medical facilities, errands, shopping and outings as specified in the care plan;  • Participate on the Care Team by providing input and making suggestions; • Ensure service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and practices; • Monitor supplies and resources; • Carry out duties as assigned by the supervisor; • Observe clients and their environments and report unsafe conditions to supervisor; • Observe clients and their environments and report physical and/or cognitive changes and/or changes in living arrangements to supervisor; • Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service; Requirements: • Must have either a CNA designation in the state of Georgia or proof of caregiving experience. • A minimum of one year + of health care experience preferred. • Must have a current TB test • Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. • Must have great references • Must be willing to undergo a full background check and drug screening • Attend Orientation, In-Service Trainings and keep all Certifications current
