Call Center Agent

Health Street, a drug testing and DNA testing company, is seeking an ambitious, energetic, detail oriented, friendly customer service representative in our Brooklyn office (in Dubmo). On the job training is provided.

In this role, you will be helping our business and private clients set up employment drug tests, paternity tests, and background checks. You will need to be able to juggle multiple calls, a high volume of clients, and many online computer systems. Accordingly, you must be quick on the phone and on the web as you'll be jumping between a series of technology platforms to help clients complete orders.  

This job is a mix of sales and service.  For sales completed, you will earn a commission that grows over time. For those that are successful, we expect you to double and triple your income within 2-4 years. This is a long-term, permanent position in a growing, stable company that has been in business for over 7 years. Our main office is in NYC; this job reports to our second office, based in Dumbo, Brooklyn.

Training hours will vary.  We are hiring for the afternoon and evening shift. Once you are trained, a full time schedule will be assigned.  The call center is open from 7:30 AM to 8 PM; your full time hours will be assigned as an 8 hour shift.  We do not accept part-timers.
