Job Summary: Sales Associates and Cashiers needed for fast growing, rapidly expanding chain of retail stores. We are looking for hard-working, honest, and friendly individuals with a desire to provide outstanding service. Ideal candidate must be able to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsible for maintaining guest services as per Company Policy/Store standards.
Essential Job Functions (Sales Associate) :
- Greet customers entering establishment
- Maintain clean and orderly sales floor
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
- Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures
- Assist customers with choices and help them locate and provide information about products
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge,merchandise promotions and advertisements
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping
- Communicate guest requests to management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required
Essential Job Functions (Cashier):
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards, etc.
- Issue receipts or change due to customers
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and accountabilities at registers
- Greet customers entering establishment
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Assist customers with choices and help them locate and provide information about products
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge information, merchandise promotions and advertisements
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping
- Communicate Guest requests to management
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Minimum requirements:
- Retail experience is helpful, but not necessary
- Must successfully pass background screening
