Bus/Dish - Full-time / Part-time

1. Bus and clean tables in compliance with GPI standards as listed in the Operations Manual.
2. Unload full bus tubs and sort dishes.
3. Wash dishes in a three compartment sink in compliance with health department established sanitary procedures.
4. Operate dishwashing machine.
5. Load and unload dish racks (smallwares, silverware, glassware, plasticware, and equipment pieces).
6. Restock clean dishes onto shelving.
7. Clean and transport high chairs and booster seats.
8. Cleaning of restaurant to include, but not limited to: empty trash cans, sweep and mop floor areas (including moving tables and equipment to clean underneath).
9. Clean and sanitize wall surfaces, work surfaces and equipment (must be 18 years of age to clean the Hobart mixer and dough roller).
10. Clean and organize mop sink and dish room area.
11. Clean and stock restrooms.
12. Other duties as needed for restaurant to run efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 to wash some equipment).
• Must be able to arrive at the store at the scheduled time and maintain reasonable attendance at work.
• Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively at the work location.
• Basic math skills required
• Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests.
• May need to lift food items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• May require Food Handler’s permit.
