If you have 1.5-3 years of management experience in Casual Dining restaurants, training & developing, building sales, controlling costs, and a strong operational knowledge of a guest service oriented environment, then we want to get to know you! Your areas of responsibility are as follows, but are not limited to:

•Assist the General Manager in directing the daily operation of the restaurant

•Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, guest service, maintenance and repair, and inventory management

•Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates for the right positions

•Motivate and train team members toward higher efficiency and skill levels

•Execute scheduling and operational directives to meet the needs of the business while maintaining financial responsibility

•Sustain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

•Maintain confidential and sensitive information
