Focus Pointe Global, a leading market research company, is seeking PART-TIME employees to work VARIABLE HOURS as Client Service Representatives (CSR) for a focus group facility in Minneapolis.
As a CSR, you will work in a fast-paced, environment to deliver the best experience to clients. This position will require checking in study participants, greeting clients and performing other administrative, reception, & hospitality duties. We are looking for candidates who have an abundance of energy, poise and who exhibit professionalism at all times and will provide a warm and accommodating atmosphere to clients & respondents.
Hours are generally between the hours of 6AM-11PM. The days of the week and hours may vary, generally no weekends. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative, hospitality, and/or host experience preferred. Great resume builder for students or those looking for a second job!
