The qualified candidate is:
- Majoring in Hospitality Management or Business Management
- Rising college senior
- Punctual
- Detail-oriented
Requirements:
- Read 3 required books
- Weekly developmental meetings
- Analyze data to identify areas in need of daily improvement
- Work with Marketing Director to execute in-store events
- 45 hour work week
- 40 hours to be worked in the store (training will be provided)
- 5 hours of leadership development with a mentor
- There is a final project based on average “Be REMARKable” scores for duration of internship to be presented to the Executive Leadership Team during the final week of internship.
Duration:
- 10 weeks
