Kitchen Staff - Full-time / Part-time

We have a part-time and full-time opening for Kitchen Staff.

Positions available:

-Market Host

-Dishwasher

-Prep Cook

-Grill Masters

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

• No experience required.

Essential Functions: * Performs dishwashing responsibilities, which require that silverware, dishware, pots and pans, etc., be cleaned to sanitation requirements and to ensure guest satisfaction. * Maintains the dish machines and dishwashing area within sanitation guidelines. * Reports needed repairs to the manager. * Assists with basic food preparation when needed. * Assists with food deliveries as directed and cleans and maintains coolers, warmers and equipment. * Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * A self-starter. * Demonstrates the ability to perform high quality work. * Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation. * Great customer service skills, with the ability to provide service and streamline processes without compromising the integrity of the department and policies and procedures. * Basic culinary coursework or equivalent experience desired * Willingness to work a flexible schedule * Regular, timely attendance. * Must demonstrate competency in reading, writing and arithmetic. * Must demonstrate ability to learn menus and recipes.  * Must demonstrate ability to multi-task.
