Human Resources Generalist

Do you have at least 2 years of Human Resources or general recruiting experience?  Are you fluent in both English and Spanish? If you said yes, Pro Staff may have a great opportunity for you!  We are currently recruiting for a bilingual HR Generalist for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in Schaumburg!

Job duties include:
-              Screening, interviewing, and onboarding new candidates
-              Assisting all HR functions, including compensation/payroll, benefits, and employee paperwork
-              Maintaining employee master files and processing terminations
-              Responding to written and oral requests from third parties regarding employee information for employment verifications, loan applications, etc. 

Requirements:
-              Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or a related field
-              Previous recruiting and HR experience strongly preferred
-              Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish – written and verbal
-              Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, and Word
-              Ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of diverse individuals within the plant and corporate environments
-              Proficiency in ATS systems.
-              Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
