Residential Service/install Company is seeking a Service Manager for our Electrical Department
* Oversee daily operations of our Electrical Service department
* Have current Texas Master License
* Oversee service personnel; maintain accountability and growth of personnel
* Maintain daily service schedules
* Work within the service division when required to maintain profitability
* Increase staffing requirements for service department growth
* Increase growth and profitability of the service division
* Process job folders and required paperwork
* Maintain urgency in all aspects of the operations
* Provide excellent customer service
* Quotes and proposals
* Visit customers and perform sales calls to build service division
* Establish growth and revenue streams for service and future business
* Handle coordination of equipment sales installations and modification projects
