Restaurant team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, adherence to production procedures, fulfilling orders accurately, delivering the food in a timely manner, stay connected with guest while dining, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. Team members will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences all day and every day. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done as a team is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
  • Enthusiastically greet guests
  • Assist with all food preparation and set up when required
  • Provide 2nd Mile Service
  • Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Culinary or Service staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • None required
