About this job

The Director of Training has responsibility overseeing all aspects of employee training from initial onboarding through full position certification to include periodic recertification.  This position also has responsibility for ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, and customer relations through use of the daily electronic restaurant quality assessments to ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.  The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this job.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Specific Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Required: Experience as a leader in the customer service industry

Other Characteristics:

  • Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consist basis

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a business or an applicable field of study
  • This is a full time position.
  • This person must have experience in teaching and a passion for excellence in training.
  • This person must be skilled in time management.
  • This person must be self-directed and highly organized.
  • This person must have basic computer skills.
  • This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant except for management and office administration.
