At Chick-fil-A, the Dining Room Host/Hostess role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, you will gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Specifically, the Dining Room Host/Hostess will lead the Service Team ensuring adherence to Recipe for Service and 2nd Mile Service requirements. Success in this position will ultimately be assessed from feedback received directly from our guests through the Customer Experience Monitor report.
