PROCESS:
*Responsible for running closing shifts and reporting to the AGM and/or General Manager
*Manage employees schedule during your assigned shift
*Handle all customer service issues and assist at all stations where needed for store to be Hot-N-Ready
*Follow all mandated store closing policies and procedures and communicate any concerns to management
*Ensure store cleanliness and safety before leaving
*Create a fun and rewarding work environment for our team every shift
*Maintain a professional image and set a positive example to your team and our customers
*Join our Pledge training program to learn management skills to move up in management
OVEN:
ESSENTIAL:
*High School Diploma or GED completion
*Complete all required LC and PET policy and procedures store training and pass all required assessments in accordance with LC and PET management assessment guidelines.
EXTRA:
*Interest or experience in restaurant/fast food management
*Display leadership and initiative with a positive attitude to management, colleagues and customers.
