A Franchisee of Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar, a wildly successful and fast-growing restaurant chain, is looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for creating guest loyalty! 

The primary purpose of this position is to create a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting tablets, games, sauce sampling and other options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. This role will focus most of all their attention on the guests in the restaurant and the flow of the shift.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist the management team in opening and closing of the store

* Will be trained as a server for menu and drink knowledge

* Can work serving shifts from time to time at state minimum rate

* Create the ultimate experience for the guest while they are dining

* Introduce guest to promotion items through Bdubs Game Break

* Sauce sampling with all first time and returning guest

* Find fundraising opportunities through EWFR and HTA

* Using the Mic, introduce blazin challenges, birthdays and other special events

* Create a fun atmosphere for all guest during a big game or an average day

* Talk with tables and inform the guest of special and upcoming events

* Using our TV system, change all games, sound during the shift for all TVs

* Open shifts which start at 8am

* Working Mid shifts - which could be 11 - 9pm shifts

* Closing Shifts which can start at 4pm and go until 1 or 2am

* Keep the staff motivated during contest that are ran during the shift
