Perpetual Dining Room Duties (Facilities and Customer Service):
- Clean all tables, and greet guests.
- Sweep the floor, mop spills and/or excessively dirty spots, and greet guests.
- Stock condiments stands and empty trash, and greet guests.
- · Clear all trays in the dining room and wipe down the top of the trash cans, and greet guests.
- · Check Restrooms for toiletry needs, wipe down surfaces, check trash, clean mirrors.
- · Greet guests at all opportunities and when appropriate, offer to:
- o Refresh their beverage
- o Clear their table
- · Wipe down all high chairs and set-up with placements and Purell wipes, and greet guests.
- · Wipe down the all areas of the condiment stands, and greet guests.
- · Wipe down the fronts of the registers and soda towers, and greet guests.
- · Wipe down the flat brick surfaces and clean the glass doors and windows, and greet guests.
- · Dazzle the kitchen swinging door and fronts of refrigerators behind front counter.
Closing Specifics (Facilities):
- Sanitize Table Markers.
- Wipe down and Stock the condiment stands.
- Place patio chairs and sweep the patio, as needed.
- Clean the restrooms:
- o Wipe down the fixtures, sinks, and toilets, and empty trash.
- o Clean the mirrors and re-stock toiletries.
- Wipe down all tables, chairs and booths:
- o Clean the crevice between the seat cushions and backs of the booths.
- o Wipe down the brick seal around the perimeter of the dining room.
- Clean all glass surfaces – doors and all windows.
Scheduled Cleaning Tasks (Facilities):
- Monday: Clean Condiment stand compartments and cabinets .
- Tuesday: Clean the inside of trash cans and the trash bin cabinets
- Wednesday: Clean the walls of the restaurant of all residue and stains
- Thursday: Clean all the restaurant partitions
- Friday: Clean the bricks of any stains, dust, or food particles
- Saturday: Check underneath all tables for gum and remove, as needed; Thoroughly Clean all highchairs, chairs and table legs of stains, dust, or food particles

You must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
