Cleaner - Part-time

JOB PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to positively represent Buffalo Wild Wings Brand and have pride of the workplace by maintaining a clean premises. Accountability for providing a clean and well kept environment both for our guests and our staff.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Vacuum carpet

* Sweep and mop bar and entry tiled floor

* Clean floor in expo and back kitchen area

* Clean bathrooms - toilets, sinks, walls, floors

* Scrub and clean the Wing Cooler floors, walls, and rack

* Scrub and clean the produce cooler floors, walls, and rack

* Clean and scrub all high chairs

* Dust and wipe down all TV’s

* Clean utility room

* Clean all table bases with Pledge Oil

* Clean chairs and bases in Dining Room

* Clean all Bar Stools with Mr. Clean Eraser

* Scrub white walls in prep area and in kitchen

* Clean Bar and Kitchen floor sink drains

* Wash windows inside and out

* Hose off patio

* Hose off entry sidewalk

* Deck scrub the dumpster area

* Sweep and pick up debris in parking areas

* Clean schematics, wetness and sugar caddies on tables

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

* May help buss tables

* May help dishwashing

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Safety in using cleaning solutions

• Knowledgeable of proper sanitation and cleanliness standards.

• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to take direction and execute job tasks in a timely manner

• Knowledgeable to know when to change solutions, mop heads, towels to clean efficiently.

• Knowledge in safety to put out Caution Signs when creating wet floor areas

• Physical strength to be able to move chairs and tables and booths to clean around them.

• Physical strength and knowledge on cleaning windows

• Ability to be safe when on ladders to clean high TV’s and high areas

• Knowledge in knowing how to clean out vacuums and get repaired when needed

• Knowledge of getting the job done in the time allotted with the time schedules

* Comply with all quality standards, and department rules and procedures.

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

* Comply with all OSHA Safety rules while working on the premises.

* Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines

* Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, and being on time for scheduled shifts.

* Maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members and managers

* Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management

* Must be able to communicate and understand English

• Ability to positively represent the Buffalo Wild Wings’ Brand while on our premises.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Required

* Must enjoy and be able to perform at a fast-paced speed

* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management and coworkers

* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs

* Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations

Preferred

* Prior experience in restaurant or commercial cleaning

• The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
