About this job
The runner's primary duty is to pick up food as soon as the order is finished, ensure that the order is complete and accurate, add anything that needs to be added such as dressing or a side item, and then deliver the food to the dining room. They are expected to fill or refill beverage orders, deliver checks, pre-bus, and deliver condiments requested by guests, on tables they are delivering food to (if necessary). If needed, runners may bus tables or perform other tasks to assist servers.
