25% Coordinate and review individual process engineering tasks performed by oneself and subordinate.
25% Improves stability of production and works to reduce problems related to production conditions, quality, process stability, environment, safety, etc.
15% Collect, compile, summarize and analyze daily data from production and quality assurance.
15% Monitor, confirm and request needed adjustments concerning production conditions, process equipment and process stability
15% Improves product yields and reduces energy unit consumption
5% Perform general issues related to process engineering section such as AS9100, ISO and support of the Sr. Manager Production.
Performance Measurements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Five or more years of similar or related experience.
Experience
A college degree in a technical discipline or a masters degree (non technical) or non technical degree plus professional certification.
Education
The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job and a high level of interpersonal skills are critical to the success of this position.
Work frequently involves contacts requiring considerable discussion of problems, material presentations, and resolving issues impacting departments or divisions.
