Certified Nursing Assistants
Certified Nursing Assistants needed to assist seniors and those recovering from illness or injury with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship. Full time, part time and 24 hour positions are available. With Home Helpers you can have the one on one relationship with a schedule that works for you.
Duties to include housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, transportation, errands, bathing /personal hygiene care, mobility assistance and all aspects of daily living help.
- Must have CNA or HHA training, clean criminal history and valid drivers license.
- Must have own transportation and auto insurance.
- Must have references and a good work history.

Our growing franchise home care agency, Home Helpers, is seeking multiple CNA's to fill a variety shifts and positions. In addition to our immediate openings, we are hiring several caregivers per week to join our growing team. *Assist with the activities of daily living and personal care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting *Ensure client's safety, security and well-being in accordance with care plan *Perform meal planning and preparation, routine light housekeeping activities such as: making/changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchen and bathroom and laundry; *Provide companionship including social interactions, conversations, emotional reassurance and encouragement of activities that stimulate the mind; *Provide respite care for families in accordance with care plans; *Escort clients to medical facilities, errands, shopping and outings as specified in the care plan; *Participate on the Care Team by providing input and making suggestions; *Ensure service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and practices; *Monitor supplies and resources; *Carry out duties as assigned by the supervisor; *Observe clients and their environments and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor; *Observe clients and their environments and reports behavior, physical and/or cognitive changes and/or changes in living arrangements to supervisor; *Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service; *Attend orientation, in-service training sessions and staff meetings *Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others *Communicate with Supervisor and co-workers.
