About this job
ServiceMaster Services is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic full-time/Part-time working supervisor to direct janitorial services in an Innsbrook office park account. This individual will supervise a group of employees providing our customer with consistent, high-quality cleaning results.
Job Duties
* Direct staff to accomplish daily, weekly and project specified cleaning tasks.
* Train, supervise, develop and motivate your janitorial staff.
* Take corrective action when appropriate.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.
Job Qualifications
* 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
*High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants and co-workers.
* Strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
* Ability to think on feet, solve problems and make adjustments.
* Strong organization and prioritization skills.
* Ability to teach, coach, motivate and develop people.
* Able to lift 35 lbs.
* Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
* Reliable transportation to the client's building.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
* Able to work at least 5 shifts per week and be available weekdays.
* Minimum Age: 18+ years old
