About this job
We are a call center for a delivery service. We are open 7 days a week 10am-11pm. We are looking for individuals to work 30+ hour’s day, night, & weekend shifts. We are primarily looking for evening support. Open availability is a must. Hourly wage starting at $10 per hour.
Customer Service Rep primary responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Good phone voice / upbeat personality
- Ability to multitask
- Must be good with computers and technology
- Must have references
Dispatcher primary responsibilities:
- Must know the city well
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Great communicator
- Works under stress well
- Past dispatching experience is a plus
- Must be good with computers and technology
Compensation: starting at $10 per hour
Requirements: must have transportation
