We are currently hiring for our Team Leader position. As a Team Leader you would be responsible for a team of Agents. The essential function of the Team Leader is to assist the Shift Manager to attain Corporate, Center and Client objectives through the effective development of their Agents. This position requires flexible schedule capabilities to cover both am/pm and weekend shift requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and execute coaching tactics based on employee need and as directed by the Manager of Contact Center Operations

Train, develop and motivate Agents to exceed set performance goals

Maintain an acceptable team attrition percentage

Communicate regularly with Shift Manager and Recruiting and Retention Specialist regarding Agent profile and attrition issues

Demonstrate a basic understanding of quality management and ensure execution of all Corporate standards

Value and inspire a team of Agents through effective and consistent leadership, relationship building, and reward and recognition

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of new hire training process and assuming the role of trainer as needed
