BounceU Birthday Party Hosts and Desk Staff - Part-time

Party Pro Responsibilities: Our Party Pros are in charge of fun! They enforce safety rules in the Bounce arenas and host parties in the Party Room. They are also responsible for guest safety, facility cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Party Pro Qualifications: - Applicants must be energetic, positive, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children of all ages and are seeking a rewarding and enjoyable work environment. - Customer service experience or can demonstrate their strength in customer service.

Desk Staff Responsibilities: Our Desk Staff is in charge greeting and checking in guests, planning & confirming parties, handling incoming & outgoing calls, and preparing for our events. Desk Staff also manages the Party Pro staff and makes sure each and every customer is satisfied with their experience. Desk Staff Qualifications (in addition to Party Pro qualifications):  Customer service experience preferred - Organizational skills needed - Phone skills

Compensation for Party Pro is hourly plus gratuities. Our Party Pros average between $10-$15/hour working parties.

Compensation for Desk Manager is hourly.
