At Starz, our guests come first. Starz Front of House Team Leader will guide FOH staff facilitating positive experiences for our Starz guests.
The focus of the FOH Team Leader will promote positive experiences for our guest with professionalism and a friendly and engaging manner. Specific duties include hiring, terminating, and scheduling FOH staff. Training and following up with staff on proper procedures, customer service skills, and professionalism. Among other FOH duties, the FOH Team Leader will coordinate events and staff accordingly.
