At the Chick-fil-A of West Columbia and in our new location at Saluda Pointe in Lexington, the Manager role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. We currently employ nine leaders on our executive leadership team, all college graduates and some with MBAs. We are serious about recruiting top-notch talent and leadership, rotating candidates through our designed program so that at the end of the experience, managers will have a solid grasp on learning to run all aspects of the small business and can carry this experience with them as they pursue their career business goals. We are dedicated to development in this program, and we are excited to meet you!
