Customer Service Representative needed in North Austin - Inbound call center. Wonderful opportunity in fun and unique environment!
Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
* Customer Service Representatives will be assisting federal employees calling for assistance over the phone. This is an inbound call center.
* Update client information
* Mail kits
* Screen in orders to direct customers to correct departments.
40 hours per week
Hours 7am to 7pm Monday-Sunday
Pay: $10/hour
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
* Must have 6 months of customer service experience
* Good communication skills
* Must have computer knowledge
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
