Responsibilities

At Chick-fil-A, Catering Team Members are responsible for ensuring that all catering orders, pick-ups and deliveries, are correct and prompt. In addition, Catering Team Members work with the management team to collect payment and payment information for the orders. Responsibilities include:

• Pulls all catering orders for the day at the beginning of a shift.
• Ensures kitchen is aware of all aspects of all orders
• Ensures order is packaged and packed properly, in order to maintain a proper temperature.
• Works continuously with the kitchen to ensure the order is prompt.
• Makes deliveries in a personally owned vehicle.
• Sets up delivered orders to be aesthetically pleasing.
• Works closely with Marketing Director for events and ideas to improve the catering process.
