We are presently seeking bundty people for our Guest Services Representative Positions. We have openings for AM and PM shifts. You must be able to work Holidays, weekends and have flexibility for weekdays as shifts vary.

PRESENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR A VERY FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - WE DO NOT HIRE SEASONAL EMPLOYEES SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUMMER JOB PLEASE DON'T APPLY - WE NEED YEAR 'ROUND TEAM MEMBERS
Ideally we are looking for a team member to work a variety of the following shifts - which is why we are asking for flexibility. However at this present time moving forward into the Fall - we are seeking AM availaiblity for weekdays.
AM shifts - -8:30am-2 or a 9am-3 Monday- Friday Also available to work Saturdays & Sundays - Holidays are a must in our business. There are black out days in which you are required to work. These will be discussed at interviews and if you are a chosen team member.
PM SHIFTS - 2pm-7pm Monday - Friday, Saturdays between 9-6pm and sundays 10:30-4.
WE DO NOT HIRE SEASONALLY - this is a YEAR ROUND POSITION.
Our present position is Guest Service Representative - this position is out in front of our bakery -- being on your feet - guest interaction skills are a must as well as being out going, having attention to detail, knowledge of our products, active listening skills & able to up-sell our decorations and retail! We want each guest to have a wonderful experience and not just a transaction. Think of Disney:) You must also be able to detach yourself from your electronic devices for your shift & have iniative to complete all your side tasks you are assigned for each shift. This job also will have you bending, twisting, using step ladders, lifting 20-50 lbs, sweeping, mopping, dusting, having an eye for merchandising etc. Guests come first in our industry - therefore if you are not comfortable interacting and WOWING our guests - then please do not apply.
Also self motivation - More job responsibilities will be discussed at an interview if one of the chosen resumes. We are looking for Males and females for this position! AM shift are preferred and most needed at this time and moving forward. Flexibility is key in our industry. Our criteria: Energetic and eager to be part of a growing brand. Must be hands on, too. After all, our bundt cakes don't make themselves. We also ask that our team members are year round and not just seasonal. There are black out days and will be discussed during interviews.
