Cascade Manor's In-Home Care Department is looking for a CMA/LPN that wants to join our team and do work that is rewarding and matters! Shifts from 6:30am-2pm & 2pm-9pm. Administering medication to residents in accordance with both current Cascade Manor Policy, State Board of Nursing and with written Physician or NP orders. Participating in ongoing training and education in the area of medication administration and assistance. Documenting medication administration using the appropriate procedure.

  • Communicating with the In-Home Care Team about any changes in resident care and services.
  • Reviews the communication book or shift report to gather information from the team as to the changes that may need to occur.
  • Our residents at Cascade Manor range from seniors recovering from an illness/surgery to elderly adults requiring various levels of care assistance.
  • Personal Care Assistance
  • Assisting with the provision of personal care to Residents as needed.
  • Providing assistance to the C.N.A.'s/Caregiver with regard to resident care and in accordance to residents Service Plans.
  • Continence or Toileting
  • Mobility
  • Transferring
  • Dressing and Grooming
  • Bathing
  • Eating

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Certification Medication Aide or LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing preferred.
  • Current CPR certificate (we can inform you on options for CPR if you are not currently certified)
  • For the safety of our clients, successful candidates must submit to drug screening and background check
  • TB screening
  • A strong commitment to reliability and a self-starter

COMPENSATION:

Varies with experience, + Benefits > 30 hrs.
