LA's premier shopping destinations, The Grove Los Angeles and The Americana at Brand in Glendale, are seeking talented people to bring their top of the line guest service skills to our team for the holidays. We offer flexible schedules, excellent rate of pay, end of season bonus, complimentary uniforms, and a chance to be a part of something magical!

We have the following positions available:

  •  Concierge Ambassadors
  •  Santa House Helpers
  •  Bellman


Talented individuals in these roles should possess the following star qualities:

  •  Outstanding customer service skills/experience
  •  Superb professionalism
  •  Comfortable with multi-tasking smoothly
  •  Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
