Job Description
Our Business Development Representatives are responsible for receiving and responding to web-based inquiries (leads) and inbound phone calls that result from customers visiting various dealership and associated websites. A BDC Representative should be capable of internet-specific automotive sales processes, and proficient at dealing with customers via email, telephone, and face to face.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Gain in depth knowledge of Honda vehicles and differentiate them to customers.
2. Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and other administrative duties such as processing transaction paperwork.
3. Support online customers through our BDC processes.
4. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

Required Skills:
1. Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e a "people person")
2. Prior experience as a sales consultant in either automotive sales, BDC, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred, but entry level candidates without automotive experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Understanding the buying patterns of automotive Internet customers is a plus.
4. A positive, "get it done" attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
We are currently seeking 1 full time representative to add to our team. Weekend hours are required but schedules are flexible. A benefits package is available to full time employees after 90 days of employment.
