About this job
The Caterer is responsible for reviewing food preparation sheets and working with FOH/BOH duties as required. They are also responsible for preparing food and clean up.
Job Responsibilities
- Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
- Begins and completes baking/food preparation
- Builds baskets
- May make deliveries as assigned if necessary
- Responsible for clean up duties (daily and weekly)
- Empty trash as required
- Secondary functions may include expo duties, cashier, dishwasher, line cook and delivery drive
