Manager Keyholder Evenings & Weekends - Full-time / Part-time

Once Upon A Child is the nation's leading buyer and seller of new and gently used brand-name clothing, toys, books, and equipment. We're looking for a Customer friendly, ambitious, well organized, enthusiastic, and self motivated key holder to help us grow our fast paced business. Experience in retail or other fast paced Customer service environment preferred, but will train the right person. Key holders take the lead in promoting all aspects of the business. Including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, merchandising, loss prevention, and staff recruiting, training, and development. Promote a high level of Customer service and strive for innovative solutions and alternatives in bettering the business. Major Area Of Responsibility Greet Customers and determine their needs 1. Assist with buying, selling, pricing and merchandising 2. Opening and closing the store using prescribed procedures 3. Assist with staff recruiting, training, and development Qualifications 1. Strong leadership skills. 2. Sales and goal oriented 3. Organizational skills 4. Proven Customer service skills and interpersonal skills 5. Computer literate and able to operate computerized sales terminals Physical Requirements 1. Ability to stand and walk for lengthy periods 2. Lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted 3. Bending, rotating, and reaching in a retail environment
