B to B Sales Representative - Full-time

DESCRIPTION:

Thomas L. Cardella & Associates is looking for many talented, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team of Business to Business Sales Representatives in our Marshalltown location. As a member of the B2B team, each representative will be responsible for reaching out small and medium sized businesses to gain interest in Vonage phone software.

OVERVIEW

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday day shift schedule
• Guaranteed hourly wage PLUS commission

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet or exceed daily productive goals.
• Identify customer needs and present an appropriate solution.
• Build a successful consultative relationship.
• Manage time efficiently.
• Communicate professionally via telephone.
• Overcome customer reluctance when applicable.
• Navigate multiple computer screens
