Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle general complaints raised
- Schedule and handle inventory
- Delegate tasks to employees and making sure they are carried out accordingly
- Recruit and interview potential employees
- Ensure smooth transition of new employees in the company
- Effective merchandizing
- Schedule and mange deliveries
- Organize promotions
- Ensure good team delivery of customer service
- Meet operational expectations
- Maintain high quality standards
- Serve customers
- Motivating staff members and offering incentives when possible
- Using commercial skills to reach desired sales records and handling of the budget
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Have the ability to work in a team
- Prior experience in food and beverage service, management, hospitality and/or retail environment
- A motivational leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lead and motivate
- Strong math, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Possess the commitment to work in a customer service field
- Have confidence, self-drive and enthusiastic
- Be able to make decisions in a time pressured environment
- Be responsible in handling challenging situations
- Able to work a flexible work schedule and meet business demands, including weekends and holidays
