Smoothie King is the nation's oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements. Currently, Smoothie King is seeking Team Members. Pay is $7.50 FIRM plus tips any request /desired for more will not be considered. Desired shifts are 6:30-2 8:30-5
11-6 2-9;4-9 Must be able to work weekends. Please do not appy if not serious.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
- Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
- Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
- Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
- Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
- Achieve goals set forth by the Manager, and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
- Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
- Must have the ability to suggestively sell
- Must be punctual
- Must be available to work various shifts per week including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
- Shift leaders must have one year supervisory skills
