We have a part-time opening for a Evening Kitchen Co-Lead.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Evening Kitchen Co-Lead: 

 We are seeking a competitive, highly motivated individual to co-lead our kitchen team Tuesday- Saturday evenings from 5:00pm-closing.  (approximately 11:00pm) 

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading the screens accurately and preparing specialty sandwiches for both guests dining in and drive thru.
  • Ensuring that the correct amount of waffle fries are made to optimize taste.
  • Delivering quality products at the correct temperature.
  • Meeting speed of service times and keeping team and next level of leadership updated on progress.
  • Analyzing monthly food cost reports and taking steps to reduce waste.
  • Ensuring kitchen is kept clean and orderly.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and team leaders working in the front.
  • Recognizing when additional training is necessary among team members and communicating to next level of leadership.
  • Consistently following proper Chick-fil-A procedures and maintaining high scores on audits.

 Experience level:

We are willing to train the right individual even without experience.  Restaurant experience is great, however, if you have the key skills listed without actual experience, we can train everything else.  We will provide one week of training, and then the individual will be ready to move into this position with continuous coaching and support from the next level of leadership.  After 30 days, we will review progress, and again at 90 days.

This is an entry level leadership position on our team.  There is room to move up for the right individual.

Schedule:

This is a unique position in our restaurant, so any time off would need to be requested in advance before the schedule is complete.   Last minute switches, except for emergencies, would not be permitted.  If the candidate would prefer to also work Monday night, that is an option in addition to the other 5 days.

 Compensation:

This position is paid hourly and compensation will be discussed at the interview if we are going to consider moving forward.
