ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures dining room tables are bussed in a timely manner.
• Ensures floors are kept swept and clean.
• Ensures inside and outside of restaurant are kept clean and tidy.
• Monitors beverage area for stock and cleanliness.
• Regularly checks restrooms for cleanliness and stock.
• Ensures all dishes, pans, etc are thoroughly washed, rinsed and sanitized.
• Provides excellent guest service, if necessary.
• Ensures all safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary.
