About this job
The Caterer is responsible for reviewing food preparation sheets and working with FOH/BOH duties as required. They are also responsible for preparing food and clean up.
• Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
• Begins and completes baking/food preparation
• Builds baskets
• May make deliveries as assigned if necessary
• Responsible for cleanup duties (daily and weekly)
• Empty trash as required
• Secondary functions may include expo duties, cashier,
dishwasher, line cook and delivery drive
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to operate a delivery van
