Flexible Hours

You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. You will be required to be available for one of three daily shifts - 4:30 or 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. / 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / 5 p.m. to close at around 11:00 p.m. weekdays and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Full-time availability requires you to be available to work one shift per day, six days per week. Part-time requires a minimum of one shift, three days per week. 

Closed Sunday’s

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends. However, you may be required to attend a training session or meeting a few Sundays per year. 

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator

The Operator, Dan O'Bryan, is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
