You can expect to share in the responsibilities of running an entire shift and then have additional responsibilities such as Inventory Management, Supply Ordering, Labor Scheduling, Recruitment and Hiring, and various other functions of this restaurant. You will grow in your leadership capacity and you will be a mentor to others to help them grow in their capacity if they desire.

You will have opportunity for advancement, based on your personal and your team's performance, through three other levels of Management with various areas of focus including Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and Service Innovations.

Flexible Hours

You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. We work three shifts per day. You will need to be available to cover an entire shift 4:30 or 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. / 10:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / 4:45 p.m. to closing at around 11:00 p.m. weekdays and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. 

Closed Sunday’s

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends. However, we may have an occasional meeting or get-together you may be required to attend.

The Operator, Dan O'Bryan, is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his employees, teaching them important business and life skills for the future.

No Restaurant Experience Is Necessary

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know. For this position you are required to have a good working knowledge of electronic communications such as texting and e-mail. You are also required to know Microsoft Office 2007 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
