Title:                Residential Cleaning Position

Reports To:      Management & Team Leader

Rate of Pay:     $10.00 hourly + Bonus

Job Summary:

Missy Maids is seeking a part/full-time resident assistant to provide housekeeping, residential cleaning and commercial cleaning services.  Missy Maids provides each client an exceptional and relaxed home and office cleaning experience.  We are looking for someone that is hard-working, detail-oriented, friendly, reliable and with a love for cleaning.  This person must also possess the passion to anticipate and meet each client’s cleaning needs, and the desire to manage the highest levels of cleanliness thought each client’s property.

Essential Job Functions:         

1. Responsible for performing residential and commercial cleaning services.
2. Ensure that assigned client records are completed daily.
3. Be willing to perform any tasks outside the normal job parameters that are assigned which may be required to help Missy Maids meet its required standards.

Job Skills:

1. Extremely high cleanliness standards.
2. Detail-oriented.
3. Ability to work with on team.
4. Hard-working and able to take initiative.
5. Good communications skills.

Ability Requirements:

1. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
2. Must maintain a professional appearance.
3. Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight.
4. Experience interacting with high-end clientele preferred.
5. Driver’s License required with excellent driving record; car owner preferred.

Minimum Requirements

1. Service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
2. Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
3. Conversational English is required and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
4. Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shift.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule (Monday – Friday).
