Job Description:

Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of a retail store, doing everything you can to help drive business over a million dollars in revenue. This includes recruiting, training and directing Team Members to serve clients better than they ever expected. Assistant Store Managers must be ethical leaders, making sure your team never sells a service you wouldn’t want your family members to buy. You must be able to modify your approach for the needs of each Team Member, as well as each customer.

You will be responsible for making sure every Team Member:

  • Knows what is expected of them at work
  • Has the materials and equipment they need to do their job
  • Has exceptional customer service skills
  • Receives recognition and praise for outstanding job performance
  • Knows that you care about them as a person
  • Knows their opinions matter
  • Believes in the mission and purpose of extending the life of customer vehicles
  • Is committed to providing quality work
  • Receives continuous feedback on their performance, and provides opportunities for advancement

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of extraordinary client service experience.
  • A passion for becoming a leader, serving 10-20 Team Members.
  • A passion for cars, and a willingness to further this passion.
  • A willingness to work weekends.
  • A willingness to live and promote our service philosophy.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to perform in a high pressure, fast growth environment.
  • The ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • An established reputation as a high integrity, top performer.
  • You must provide at least 3 references that can verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 40-hour work ethic.
  • A valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • The physical requirements for this position include the ability to stand, walk, jog, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, work in awkward positions, transfer oneself from one work level to another and move materials from one height to another. Occasionally, you will need to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl, all while being able to regularly communicate.
