As a Steak ‘n Shake Manager you will need to be able to lead the staff that you are responsible for in the right direction so that you can fulfill all of the team’s and the company’s needs. Working with others successfully requires you to be able to inspire and lead them so that they can fulfill their true potential. Previous managerial experience is required and a full valid driving license. You will be required to work with money, sales targets and make staff shift decisions. Training will be given to the right applicant with the availability to train even further on one of the opportunity schemes. Interpersonal skills are essential as well as an ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, people development, and operational improvements.
