Route Manager, Role Description:

Being a Route Manager at Puritan Cleaners means delivering the best in quality and convenience to our current clients and developing relationships with new customers. It also means ensuring the customers on each route receive legendary service as part of the Puritan Cleaners experience. Other responsibilities include: daily pickup and delivery of our customers’ garments in an accurate fashion in a company van, growing the route through our daily sales and marketing techniques, lifting 20 lbs of clothing repeatedly through the day at an aerobic pace, and providing terrific customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in person.

Compensation:

Pay is based on a base salary plus commission from your route’s sales and bonuses for recruiting new clients.  YOU have the power to achieve your goals as you grow the Team to deliver the Puritan Cleaners experience while enjoying a stable income. Expect a yearly income of $30,000 plus depending on the size of the specific route!
