Interviewers want to know what sets you apart from the other candidates. Again, emphasize the research you've done on the company and why your personality and experiences qualify you to be a Taco Bell employee.

"Because I'm a naturally energetic and innovative person, I would be a good fit for the position. Also, I have experience in the fast-food industry so I know how to work efficiently under pressure. Based on the research I've done, I think that I qualify as the creative, dedicated employee you're looking for."

3) How would you handle an angry customer?

By asking this question, they are trying to determine whether you have good conflict management skills and whether you can consistently provide exceptional customer service.

"First of all, I would attentively listen to their complaint and let them know that I understand the situation. Next, I would apologize to the customer regarding the situation and then try my best to fix or compensate the issue so that they walk away satisfied. If my solution didn't meet the customer's expectations, I would seek help from a person in management."

4) What is one of your weaknesses?

Employers might ask this question to find out whether you are self-aware and willing to admit shortcomings. Be sure not to describe a weakness that sounds too extreme and also mention how you are trying to improve in that area.

"Occasionally, I get distracted easily. For example, I can get too engrossed in conversations rather than focusing on the task at hand. However, I'm aware of this weakness and am actively trying to pay better attention so I can efficiently get work done."

5) Do you know how to run a cash register?

They may want to know if you have experience working a cash register or if they'll have to train you. Just be honest about your current skills.

"I've never worked a cash register before but I've watched other people do it countless times. Also, I'm a fast learner so I'm sure that I'd pick it up quickly."
