Technical Analyst

*NO C2C *Must be willing to come on site in uptown Charlotte 3 days a week

Position Summary

We are looking for a Self-starter individual to

fulfill the role of Technical Business Analyst/Consultant with diverse and

well-rounded experience developing end-to-end solutions based on business

requirements, in complex application and technical environment. Qualified

candidates must be intellectually curious, strong team player demonstrating

positive attitude and interpersonal skills.

- Become familiar with the products and

applications used by the lines of business, and our digital ecosystem, how they

are used to by the businesses is key to shaping development of software

solutions to detailed and often complex requirements.

- Evolving the details of the user stories

through being integrated into the development team and staying close the user

to re affirm solution is tracking the requirement.

- Writing use stories, success criteria, and

collaborating with agile teams to ensure JIRA dashboard are up to date.

- Collaborates across teams to build out

detailed functional and non-functional specifications

- Timely and effectively communication within

project to manage risk and escalations

- Functional review of the product after each

iteration - Attending iteration retrospectives to facilitate feedback and improve

the development process.

- Possesses strong analytical and

problem-solving skills.

- Be part of the “solution”, look for

opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Be Agile, Flexible – have the ability to pivot

across multiple projects, steer changes in directions – strategic and tactical

in the best interest of business.

Required Skills

- 10 + years in Technical Writing / Documenting

Technical Specifications of Software Systems, Interfaces, Services,

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in dynamic environment with

minimal supervision

- Proficient in – JIRA, Reporting, WIKI,

Technical Writing, Confluence

- Proficient on Agile constructs.

- Flexible / Agile approach to work.

- A team player with good organizational,

collaborative, taking ownership, multitasking and people skills.

- Capable of chairing and coordinating analysis

and planning sessions.

- Capable of managing stakeholders and

facilitate communications with them

- Proficient written and verbal communication

skills to support and shape the platform, and to be able to clearly articulate

technical designs and business concepts
