Requirements: Applicants must meet all local and state regulatory criteria for the School BCBA position. Preferred qualifications include substantial experience collaborating with special education students and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments and formulate behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to execute and oversee behavior support plans
• Deliver training to school staff on behavior management strategies and techniques
• Analyze data and monitor progress to adapt behavior plans as necessary
• Consult with other professionals to enhance the overall development and success of students
• Aid in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with behavioral needs
• Attend team meetings and contribute to fostering a collaborative and positive school environment
